T1 / Risk assessment

Risk context before signing

T1 assesses operation risk before admission to MPC. It connects transaction effects to available signals and records the factors underlying the decision.

Inputs to the assessment

Intent and effect

Request parameters and expected changes from simulation.

History and behaviour

Operation context and behavioural patterns in the available data.

KYT and address relationships

Available external signals and relationships relevant to the operation.

Your organisation’s rules

Policies, restrictions and thresholds for the selected configuration.

T1 informs admission within your rules

Simulation and context provide assessment inputs. Policies and required approvals define mandatory conditions. Formal admission permits a specific cryptographic step only when those conditions are met.

  2. Policies + T1 assessment
  3. Formal admission
  4. MPC

A favourable risk assessment cannot override a policy prohibition. T1 holds no key shares and does not sign operations.

Keep the decision and its factors together

A new counterparty, unusual amount or expanded smart-contract permission may be relevant factors for investigation. This is an illustration, not a real client operation or a measure of model accuracy.

Explanations support investigation

An AI assistant helps explain events, find related records and prepare drafts. Its response is not permission to execute. Agent authority, policies and admission are checked independently.

Controlled agentic operations

Assessment depends on the agreed configuration

Data sources, models, thresholds, versions and handling of unavailable signals are defined for each solution. Simulation reflects the available state and does not guarantee a future outcome.

Questions about T1

What does T1 do?

T1

T1 assesses risk before admission to MPC signing. It uses operation effects, available KYT signals, history, behaviour, address relationships and dynamic context. The decision and structured assessment factors are recorded.

Can a low risk assessment override a policy prohibition?

T1

No. Risk assessment and mandatory policies perform different functions. If a policy prohibits an operation, a favourable T1 assessment does not permit signing to continue.

Does simulation guarantee the final result?

T1

Simulation estimates effects using the available system or network state. It informs the decision before signing, but that state may change before execution. It does not guarantee a future outcome.

Can an AI assistant or agent sign an operation?

Agents

An AI assistant helps explain events and prepare materials; an agent may propose an intent within its mandate. Neither holds key shares or independent signing authority. Admission and cryptographic execution remain within the controlled process.
